Overview
Safe operation of an industrial boiler depends on a stable combustion of fuels. Unstable flames can cause inefficient and pollutant forming. Even, in extreme cases, flame extinction can occur. A flame-monitoring device is installed on a burner primarily for safety reasons.
Walsn FS-100 is an integrated flame detector. It is based on Microprocessor and Field bus technology. It figures out the combustion condition through measuring the frequency and intensity of optical signal come out of the flame.
The optical flame monitor covers infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) groups according to the working spectral bands.
